Your privacy is critically important to us. Protective Wall Coatings Ltd. (“PWC”) operates several websites. It is PWC’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Certain visitors to PWC’s websites choose to interact with PWC in ways that require PWC to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that PWC gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we may in the future ask visitors to sign up for our Notification Service to provide a username and email address and phone number. Those who engage as necessary the personal information required to process this action. In each case, PWC collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with PWC. PWC does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities. All or any data a user has supplied can be provided to the user if they request it also the user can request it be deleted if the law allows.

Aggregated Statistics
PWC may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites. For instance, PWC may monitor the most popular page or use spam screened by a service to help identify spam. PWC may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, PWC does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
PWC discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its Dedicated Data Processor that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on PWC’s behalf or to provide services available at PWC’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. PWC will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, as described above, PWC discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request. If PWC, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that PWC goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would not be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. We acknowledge that such transfers will not occur, and that any acquirer of PWC may not continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy and must be destroyed.

Comments and other content submitted to our anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, PWC may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in PWC’s sole discretion. PWC encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.
